The London Mets Youth Baseball and Softball Club run a Playball! league for boys and girls, supported by Major League Baseball. This league runs once a week for a 10 week period during the summer, building up to the Playball! World Series in July - an exciting event where Playball! Teams from around the country play in a one day tournament! The 2006 World Series will take place on Saturday 15th July.
Playball! is suitable for girls and boys in school years 2 - 7. This league uses t-balls, which are softer than baseballs and allow players to become comfortable and confident with the ball before moving up to the Bronco team.
The date and times of this years Playball! league will be announced shortly.
